Had a great experience purchasing my Jazz from The Lovely Car Company from my first contact with Ali the Sales Manager who helped me through the process including finance which was put in place without delay. Ali kept me informed at all times which I found very reassuring. I live down on the south coast but I was willing to travel to complete the purchase as it was just the vehicle I was looking for.When I travelled up to Bolsover to collect the Jazz, not only was it prepared beautifully, but I was treated just as well as a Rolls Royce customer would be! Absolute pleasure dealing with both Ali & Dave. Ali, the Evening before he was due to go on holiday (Sunday night) managed to put a full proposal together and apply for the finance on a vehicle. Dave then picked the enquiry up the following day. Everything went as planned and i couldnt be happier with the vehicle and service received from these guys. I was driving the car away 5 days later! Seamless! Car was immaculate and a fair price was given for my P/X. Very happy customer and i will be back. Thanks guys! Love the Instagram stuff too, Keep it up.

I greatly appreciate the hospitality of Mr. Ali as we recieved a warm welcome from him and he also made coffee for me and my friends who came to the showroom. He also explained everything about the car and insurance which helped us gain knowledge into the details. I loved the car. They do sell the best cars and give you the best deals. We can’t thank James and Dave enough for all their help with securing my new car. The previous owner had hit the front bumper ever so slightly and Dave was happy to fix the scratches and bumper and even sort out the MOT before we picked the car up. When we came to collect the car, it was in pristine condition. James had even gone out his way to contact seat for the cars online service history and print off the documents for us! Honestly cannot recommend this company enough and we will definitely be back when my partner is looking for his new car!

So happy we made the decision to buy our new car from The Lovely Car Company!!! From start to finish they have been a pleasure to deal with and very willing to go the extra mile with any requests asked. James made the sale very easy and stress free giving honest answers with regards to the car and it's history along with taking our old car to help with the deposit as we went with the finance option to purchase the car. Buying a new car can be a worry as you don't know what you're buying but The Lovely Car Company offer 3 months warranty with the sale giving you peace of mind incase any problems arise. So we've had the car a week now and it's fantastic! We did discover the air-conditioning wasn't cooling as it needed to be gased up again so I contacted James and he sorted the problem straight away so I'm now ice cold and a happy driver. There's a few other little and I mean little issues which you get when buying a used car but I'm sure they will rectify these for me as nothing seems too much for them as the customer aftercare so far is amazing which is totally unheard of these days.
