Warranty

Our standard vehicle warranty is 3 Months or 3,000 miles, whichever comes first. This is included with all of our vehicles, subject to any reasons disclosed in the vehicle description. Extended warranty packages ranging from 6 to 24 months are available through our partner, WarrantyWise. Prices for this are subject to each individual vehicle, please ask us for a quote!

Please consult the following terms before proceeding with your claim:

*Before making a claim, please consult the "Parts Covered" section of the blue card you were provided with at the point of sale. Any items that are not included in this list cannot be covered by our own in-house warranty.

**Our warranty only covers items related to the safe and roadworthy condition of the vehicle. Further features of convenience or technology e.g. cruise control, radio functions, heated seats etc. are not covered.

***Please only use this form if you wish to make a valid claim against the warranty you were provided with at the time of purchase from The Lovely Car Company. If you purchased a separate, extended package from WarrantyWise, please contact them directly.

****The warranty excludes any claim arising as a result of the following;
Gradual deterioration through general wear and tear;
Failure wholly or partly due to the negligence of the registered keeper;
Failure due to abuse or accidental damage;
The failure of any part not originally fitted to the vehicle by The Lovely Car Company or their approved partners, and the subsequent failure of further components as a result thereof;
The failure of any component arising as a result of repairs carried out by any person not authorised by The Lovely Car Company.

*****Unfortunately, due to stock availability and the limits of our business insurance, we are not able to provide courtesy cars.
